Our consultants team has a vast experience in multiple organizational and entrepreneurial contexts.
The crisis that Portugal started facing allowed our auditors to work in a conditioned corporate environment and, on a later stage, inside a Judiciary context.
We highlight also the knowledge acquired in terms of corporate overview under these special conditions and, at the same type, a deep knowledge of the Processo Especial de Revitalização (PER) with special focus on the connection between the company and the judicial administrator.
Daily corporate management and report systems oriented to the judicial administrator in a PER or INSOLVENCY scenario was the most sensitive and crucial part to achieve success in the corporate recovery process.
Using an outsourcing policy for providing services for the insolvent company, it was possible to continue the recovery and continue the business disposal process generating value for the creditors.
With the tools that we own, strengthened by our knowledge, our specialized consulting becomes a key factor for the company recovery process success.
